The pool hours are 8AM to 10PM Sunday through Thursday and
8 AM to 11 PM Friday and Saturday. This rule is strictly
enforced.
2. The Board of Directors will determine the opening and closing
dates for the pool and spa season. The winter months are used
for pool repair and maintenance.
3. A spa cover is provided and residents are expected to re-cover
the spa when done.
4. The pool and spa are for the use of Mill Brook residents
and guests only.
5. Smoking is not allowed inside the fenced pool area.
6. Children under the age of sixteen (16) are not allowed to
use the pool or spa without an adult homeowner, resident or
parent supervising.
7. Pets are not allowed inside the fenced pool area.
8. Running, horseplay, skating, bicycle riding, and skateboarding
are prohibited inside the fenced pool area.
9. Bathing suits are the only attire allowed in the pool and
spa - no cutoffs or other clothing.
10. Shower before using pool and spa. Wash off any suntan oils
before using spa or pool. The oils cause a film on the water
that clogs the filters.
11. Loud noise and/or music are not allowed due to the close
proximity of many buildings. Voices carry and reflect off the
buildings especially at night.
12. No glass of any kind is allowed inside the fenced
pool area.
13. A trashcan is provided in the fenced pool area. Residents
are expected to leave the pool area as clean as when they found
it.
14. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
15. Use of the pool and spa is at the user's own risk. The Association
and Property Manager assume no liability for accidents.
16. Alcohol should not be consumed prior to using the
spa or pool.
17. There is a $50.00 charge for replacement of lost or damaged
pool card keys.
18. Persons found in the pool area 15 minutes or more after
closing time will be required to present their card key and
unit number as proof of residency to security personnel.
19. Persons under the age of 18 found in the pool 15 minutes
or more after closing time will have their card key confiscated.
The resident parent must retrieve the card key from the Board
of Directors.
20. Security personnel may detain persons under the age of 18
found in the pool area 15 minutes or more after closing time
who do not have a card key in their possession.
21. Security personnel are authorized to call the parents of
persons under the age of 18 that are found in the pool area
15 minutes or more after closing time.
22. Security personnel are authorized to call the police in
the event that any person cannot prove status as Mill Brook
residents or guests of a Mill Brook resident.
23. Card keys reported lost, stolen, damaged or non-functioning
will be deactivated prior to replacement.
